In Junos, multiple physical Ethernet interfaces can be combined to form a single aggregated Ethernet interface. The name of this interface will be aeX, where X is a number starting at 0 and incrementing upwards. This is the same as a port channel in Cisco speak, and you might hear these referred to as LAG,
